Abstract: The features of the influence of the modes of formation and heat treatment of coatings based on starch and copper acetate on their morphology and molecular composition are determined. The influence of the intensity of laser radiation and heat treatment on the distribution of individual structural formations has been established. It is shown that heat treatment of coatings based on starch and copper acetate promotes an increase in the degree of dispersion of individual structural formations.
