Abstract:
This paper presents the characteristics of photovoltaic structures Al-Ni/ZnO:Er/Si, obtained by magnetron sputtering, and structures Al-Ni/ZnO:Tb/Si, obtained by the combined method using electrochemical deposition and magnetron sputtering.
