Abstract: In the framework of the thermodynamic method of investigation based on various two-parameter equations of state the explicit forms for calculation of boundary parameters determining the occurrence of stretched fluid state are obtained. The numerical values of the upper temperature limit and the corresponding volume for the state of the stretched fluid in the reduced variables are determined.
