The explicit form of information characteristic for partially defined data

In general case of underdetermined data, their basic information characteristics have implicit representations. In the article, we present the explicit form of the characteristics for partially defined data which are a widespread type of underdetermined data. It allows us to facilitate an analysis of their information properties.
