Abstract: A method for generating binary normal periodic sequences is suggested. The sequences are built as a result of joining cycles produced by cyclically minimal numbers depending on the value of a parameter playing the role of the key. In the case of the prime order of the sequences generated, the formulas for computing the parameter length and the number of the sequences produced by the method are given.
