Abstract:
The paper considers the features of the natural optical activity of a non-ideal molecular crystal and performs a numerical simulation of its frequency dispersion in the exciton region of the energy spectrum. The dependence of the rotational ability on the concentration of structural defects in a given crystal lattice for different frequency intervals is studied.
Keywords:
non-ideal crystal structure, natural optical activity, exciton resonance.
