Abstract:
A new technique for estimating the efficiency of electron transfer from a CdSe/ZnS quantum dot (QD) to TiO$_2$ nanoparticles based on the generation of reactive oxygen species by hybrid structures is presented. It was demonstrated that in the formed multilayer hybrid structures of TiO$_2$/QD, photoinduced electron transfer is realized with an efficiency of 26%.
