Spectrophotometric analysis of iodine forms in solutions of iodine compounds

Abstract:
Optical characteristics of aqueous solutions of crystalline iodine and iodine compounds are investigated; the presence of different forms of iodine and selected concurrent compounds in aqueous solutions are determined. The applicability of direct spectrophotometric methods to detecting various forms of iodine and concurrent compounds in aqueous solutions is evaluated.
