Abstract:
Anomalous thermal behavior of Raman bands intensities was shown to be different in congruent and stoichiometric lithium niobate crystals. The differences are caused by existence of different types of electron traps and difference in Rayleigh photoinduced light scattering values in these crystals.
Keywords:
stoichiometric and congruent lithium niobate crystals, Raman and Rayleigh photoinduced light scattering, thermolysis of shallow electron traps.
