Stolypin Volga Region Institute, RussiaThe Volga region academy of public service is the federal state educational establishment of the maximum vocational training which are carrying out preparation of experts on a structure of activity of academy, retraining and improvement of professional skill of the state and municipal employees for Volga region region.

The history of Academy has begun with creation in 1991 of the Volga region personnel center, subordinated to Central administrative board on a professional training for public service at the Government of the Russian Federation. Per 1995 according to the Decree of the President the personnel centers have been transformed to regional academies of public service.

Recreating traditions of the state service to Fatherland, the faculty, students and listeners of academy have initiated assignment of a name of Peter Arkadevicha Stolypina Povolzhskoj of academy of public service.

P. A. Stolypin has become history of Russia beginning XX of a century as the outstanding statesman who has developed a reformatory rate of modernization of economic development of Russia and perfection of the government. Historical experience of the state activity which is saved up in Russia, should be demanded by preparation of the modern administrative staff.
