Abstract: The problem is to examine the dynamic parameters of a high-rise building of the typical series 538, operated in Yerevan, using field tests (instrumental records). A spectral analysis of instrumental records has been performed and the obtained data have been compared with the corresponding data presented in the current standard documents BC RA II - 2.02-2006. Significant differences in the received actual values have been revealed from the normative value.
