Abstract: In this paper, the statistical and dynamical equivalence between rectangular cell and lower symmetry cell is presented. The achievement of this equivalence will improve theoretical investigations of nanostructures as thin film or quantum rods.
Keywords: Nanostructures, triclinic cell, cubic cell, thin film.
