On estimation of flow parameters using adjoint equations for parabolized Navier–Stokes

A. K. Alekseev

S. P. Korolev Rocket and Space Corporation "Energia"
Abstract: The discrepancy of computed and measured values was minimized with the purpose to estimate the flow parameters on inlet boundary of the two dimensional viscous supersonic flows. The inlet boundary parameters were considered as a set of control parameters. The adjoint equations were used for discrepancy gradient calculation. The results of numerical tests are presented.
