Surface polyriton excitetion and it`s propagation during electromagnetic wave diffraction on planar structure

Abstract:
We considered the process of electromagnetic wave diffraction on vacuum-metal-semiconductor planar structure with surface wave excitetion. In framework was developed the mode-method which allows calculate the flows of energies which appear during diffraction for fixed flow of incident radiation.
