Institute for Mathematical Modelling, Russian Academy of Sciences
Abstract: The results of numerical simulation of supersonic turbulent jets are considered. The results obtained are compared with experimental data. The computations are carried out by kinetically-consistent finite difference schemes which were successfully used earlier for solving complex problems of unsteady gasdynamic.
