An investigation of possibility natural gas drying by non-equilibrium condensation

Abstract:
The possibility of moist natural gas drying by adiabatic flow expansion is considered. Particles originating due to condensation act as crystal hydrate nuclei. The crystal hydrates connect gas moisture and may be separated from the flow. A simple expression for estimating conditions at the beginning of nonequilibrium condensation that is recommend to use for drying devices developing is obtained.
