Engineering model permitting to estimate the SC surface contamination by micro liquid-propellant rocket engine exhaust

A. B. Nadiradze

Moscow Aviation Institute
Abstract: In the paper an engineering model permitting to forecast how drop-type particles are distributed in the jet of liquid-propellant rocket engine and to examine contamination due to these particles deposition at the SC surface is represented. This model is based on the assumption that particle function of distribution over sizes is exponential one and it is possible to use different functions for approximation of particles angular distribution in the jet. It is shown how to determine model's parameters using experimental (or calculated) data about angular distribution of particle flows of different sizes in the micro rocket engine jet.
