Abstract: This paper is a continuation of researches on mathematical modeling of “power society” systems [1–4]. Here a model of power hierarchy considering as a “tree” (or a “pyramid”) is built. The topology of this kind is more close to real power structures constructions than early models of hierarchies considered as a simple chain of institutions. Under some assumptions and after aggregate this microdescription transforms to yet built macrodescription for some “average” institutions. Thus a proof and a generalization for initial simplified models of power structures are obtained.
