Abstract: The modified system of the shallow water equations with retention of the non-linear terms is considered.
The finite difference method is used for solving the initial-boundary problem. The central difference implicit scheme was suggested for approximation this problem. The investigation of this scheme was proposed. Special triangular iterative method was created for the solution of arising nonsymmetric linear system.
