Abstract: Description of the structural stochastic appoach to the investigations of the chemical kinetics in the kinetic and gasdynamic flow regimes is given. This appraoch will be used in studies of the chemically active systems such as own external atmosphere of satellites in the Earth's upper atmosphere, rarefied near-surface atmosphere of the icy celectial bodies, etc.
