Abstract: Qualitative analysis of mathematical simulation of the changes of micro-meteorology regime during land irrigation is performed. The author proves the proportionality of the turbulent flow to the fractional derivative (in the sense of Riemann–Liouville) from specific humidity on active surface. Meteorology elements are represented through Mittag–Leffleure function. Effective formulae of the irrigation regime estimation are proposed.
