Abstract:
The outcomes of a numerical gas-drop jet research extending in space with a huge temperature fluctuation (increase) are presented. For a jet simulation the following is taken into account: difference in velocities of phases, polydispersibility of drops, their coagulation and subdivision, phase transitions, multicomponent structure of gas and liquid. The executed accounts enable to reveal influence of relative flow rate, transversal velocity, diameter of drops and longitudinal velocities of phases in an initial cross-section of a jet on drop and gas flow rate, spray area and drop velocity along the jet variation.
