Abstract: Time dependent models of near Earth thermal plasma are described. All models were developed on mathematical department of Immanuel Kant State University of Russia. The models were used for the analysis and interpretation of satellite measurements and investigation of the phenomena in the Earth polar and mid latitude ionosphere and magnetosphere. The different kind of phenomena were simulated. There were phenomena in Earth magnetoshpere without (polar wind, cusp ion fountain, polarization jet, plasmasphere refilling) and with human activities. The model of the satellite-plasma interaction also considered.
