Abstract: On the base of “power” and “rating” notions the natural economic principles of a groups formation are introduced. The dynamical model of the groups participants exchange isconstructed. In it's framework the existence criterions of the stable stationary states are obtained. The cyclic regimes of the profitable pursuit strong individuals by the weak ones are revealed by the numerical experiments.
