Calculation of high-speed flows based on a hyperbolic quasi-gas dynamic system

Abstract: Numerical algorithm for unstructured grids based on the compact version of hyperbolic system of quasi-gas-dynamic equations was developed and implemented on modern multiprocessor computing systems K-100 and K-60 (Keldysh Institute of Applied Mathematics RAS). Simulations of the flow around a high speed aircraft model was carried out for Mach number M=6 and various angles of attack. Numerical simulation of unsteady flow in the air intake channel was made.
