Abstract:
The paper proposes an concept of building a factor model based on frames. Factors are
considered as the values of slots for the corresponding frames, which allows to reduce
the complexity of the developed model. A method for calculating the values of factors is
proposed by searching for the eigenvalues of matrices of pairwise comparisons of the degree of slots influence. A procedure has been developed that allows to see the distribution of influence of factors along all possible routes of the influence graph. As a result of
the calculations, the factors most influencing the efficiency of the functioning of the entire simulated system are determined. The possibility of using a factor model when evaluating the activities of innovatively active enterprises and when choosing an electronic
tablet pilot is shown. This model can be used to predict the development of complex dynamic systems with feedback, as well as to evaluate and select management decisions in
the framework of innovative activities of enterprises in conditions of weakly structured
information.
