Three-dimensional numerical model of interaction of the laser radiation with plasma of plastic target

Abstract:
In a three-dimensional model of interaction of powerful electromagnetic field with a supercritical plasma density by numerical solution of the equations of Vlasov–Maxwell has been obtained effect of the generation of high-energy protons and a nuclei of carbon for the first time opening in experiments in 2000 on the Petawatt laser Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (USA).
