Forming of numeral procedures for design of transmission operator in task of management

In the article arrangement of numeral procedures is examined for the construction of the transmission operator built on the basis of numeral method of decision of differential equalizations the second order with addition of procedure of Seidel. Procedure of Seidel gives a numeral algorithm property of sequence, necessity at the inversion of numeral procedures in the process of authentication of elements of transmission operator. Such operator can be used for the decision of the applied tasks of planning of digital electronic devices of the different setting.
