Abstract:
A model of the growth of calcium phosphate coating is suggested on a substrate of zirconium with a glance oxide formed based sublayer and forming phases. The influence of the parameters of the model on the coating growth and stress evolution in the oxide layer and in the coating was investigated. It was shown that the content of substances forming in the coating increases with increasing of the reaction rate constants and diffusion coefficients, or due to decrease of the voltage of the process. It is shown that the stresses in the vicinity of the interface (substrate / oxide layer) is greater in the presence of an oxide layer than without it.
