Abstract: The paper descrıbes a hydraulic model of the tracer fluid flow in a vertical main fracture considering inertia forces, non-uniform in time and space fluid leak-offs into formations through fracture walls, friction on the fracture walls, as well as variations in fluid momentum due to its leakoff into the formation (from the formation). The model equations are solved numerically based on the control volume approach and algorithm SIMPLE, which have been modified relative to the problem of permeable walls.
Keywords: main fracture, tracer tests, fluid leakoff in reservoir, control volume method.
