Abstract: With help of mathematical modelling methods we are studying the opportunity of obtainment of thermonuclear target gain ($k_f$) an order of 1 at the laser energy is equal to 1 MJ. The simulations have been made with help of two codes, and we have compared the results. It is shown, that it is possible to attain a neutron yield by an order of magnitude greater than one, which have been got in indirect drive target experiments at NIF (LLNL,USA).
