The investigation of Russian energetics and economy development alternatives with the help of the mathematical model

Abstract: In this paper the interference of energetics and economy is investigated. The investigation is made in the case of the liberal mobilization government program realization that is directed to growth terms formation in the industrial sector of economy. For this investigation the middle-time macroeconomic model of the balanced inflation growth of economy is constructed. By the time the qualitative features of economic forces which regulate industry and circulation in the Russian economy were taken into account. The government development strategy was taken into account too. There are two production sectors set off in this model: sector 2 which includes energetics and sector 1 which includes other branches of economy. With the help of the model applying the comparative static's method the macroeconomic characteristics of economy and energetics (inflation rate, growth rate, ratio of energetics and other economy prices, energetics part in the gross domestic product (GDP)) on the middle-time scale were investigated. The investigation is made in various cases which defined technical and economical conditions of production, the mechanisms of GDP distribution, state economic policy and external economy conditions.
