Abstract: This paper is dedicated to mathematical modeling questions and calculation experiment ones. They are about problems of temperature change forecasting for permafrost ground, foundations and buildings constructed on cryolithozone. This investigation makes it possible to carry out ground temperature calculation for making project decisions to provide construction foundations stability and their exploitation reliability.
Keywords: phase transitions, Stephan problem, heat and mass transfer, control volume method, permafrost, cryolithozone, thermal stabilization, temperature field.
