Abstract: A method is proposed for asymptotic evaluation of the solution for the set of multi-phase HEC linear equations with variable conditions. Capabilities of the method are illustrated by calculating the position and dispersion of the sample peaks in the gradient liquid chromatography and gas chromatography with variable oven.
Keywords: gradient, multi-sorbent, high-performance chromatography, asymptotic evaluation, system of transport equations.
