Abstract: Mathematical model for the polar liquid low-level cell is presented subject to dipole-dipole interaction forces. On its basis polar liquid low-level cell features are determined compared to analogous nonpolar liquid cells; the parameters of these cells are found.
Keywords: liquid state, polar liquid, structure model, unstable local structures, mathematical model, low-level cell, cell's parameters, properties of a liquid.
