Abstract: The mathematical models which allow to investigate the self-regulation (autostabilization) phenomena in the bioreactor of continuous type with one or two biological objects have been developed. The parametric identification of the models has been carried out. The adequacy of the models on the basis of experimental data has been proved. The boundaries of the phenomena existing and their analysis have been developed with the help of the models. The conclusion about using of this phenomena for the applied problems has been carried out.
