Abstract:
We proposed the mathematical model for polyhydroxyalkanoate synthesis by hydrogen bacteria Ralstonia eutropha on gas substrate (CO$_2$+H$_2$+O$_2$) in presence of high-toxic carbon monoxide (CO), that is component of industrial hydrogenous products such as synthesis gas, conversion gas etc. The modi represents system of differential equations. Verification of the model was carried out by experiment: data. A considerable inhibit action of CO to grown rate of R. eutropha biomass and extremely weak influence of CO to polyhydroxyalkanoate synthesis is revealed.
