Numerical simulation of aero- and gasdynamic problems on the hybrid supercomputer “MVS-EXPRESS”

Abstract:
In this article we investigate possibility of simultaneous usage of several graphic accelerators NVidia GeForce for numerical simulation of aero- and gasdynamics problems. The software package for solving Euler's equations on hybrid supercomputer “MVS-EXPRESS” was written. “MVS-EXPRESS” is test hybrid NUMA-cluster created in Keldysh institute of applied mathematics, and contains NVidia GPU on each of six nodes. The software allows us to solve problems, both on multiple-purpose processors, and on graphic accelerators.
