Abstract: The new model of plasma microfield and the selfconsistent model of strongly coupled plasma QUIP (QUasi Independent Particles) were proposed. The consistent thermodynamic for this model was constructed. It was established the concentration of highly exciting atoms and ions in plasma is a little. Thus taking into account of only main state in statistical sums of atoms and ions is sufficient for calculation of thermodynamic functions. The geometrical formfactor for taking into account of ionization by collisions with atoms and ions was proposed. The influence of this formfactor to result of calculation of plasma composition was considered. All of calculations made it clear that non-ideality of gaseous plasma is always a little.
