On a model of the strategies estimating of the Russia demographic losses recovering

Using results of the demographic potential theory optimal time schedules of the population policy are analyzed, which could solve the problem of Russian depopulation. Necessary births and immigration improvements are estimated for scenarios of full and partial compensation for Russian demographic losses since the end of XX century.
