Abstract: The method is developing for description of functions in regions of their discontinuous variation. The method is tested on the description of flow of liquid through a circular tube for different flow modes. This approach can be used as method for estimation of boundary parameters for numerical modeling of possible cases of transitional modes directly in the transition regions.
