Abstract: The article presents the results of mathematical modeling of processes in a complex organizational system. The set-theoretical model at one stage of medical treatment in the terms of the set theory is given. The application opportunities of the discrete Markov chain for the description of medical treatment processes in statics and dynamics are shown. The connection between probabilities of the system being in a certain condition with criterion function representing an expenditure vector is revealed.
