Abstract: Two-phase filtration in clay-containing oil reservoir is modeled in this work. Alteration of dynamic porosity and permeability due to swelling of clay material in reservoir is described using the function of the pore sizes distribution. Influence of clay swelling on the oil recovery factor in layered reservoir is analyzed on numerical examples.
