Abstract: The mathematical model “power-society” with a periodical function of reaction of the civil society is considered under various orders of ratio of society's preferences dynamics and characteristic velocity of dynamics in hierarchy. The contrast structures of the equation are analyzed. It is shown that the power dynamics depends crucially on the mentioned ratio.
