Reduction of the master equation of $A^{\mathrm{III}}B^{\mathrm{IV}}$ compound MBE growth. The equations for layer's completion

N. V. Peskov

M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University
Abstract: The system of equations for layer's completion of type $A^{\mathrm{III}}B^{\mathrm{IV}}$ semiconductor compound is driven from the master equation of molecular-beam epitaxial growth under proposition of statistical independence of site occupation probability. The example of numerical solution of this system is demonstrated.
