Simulation of two-dimensional diffusion processes in film microstructures

V. A. Sterhov, G. L. Sysoev

Udmurt State University
Abstract: The subject of this article is numerical analysis of the differential equations system describing the two-dimensional processes of diffusion in three-layer model of film microstructures. Algorithms of the real examples including segregative jumps of concentrations and coefficients of diffusion on the boundary between the substances at different parameters of system are studied.
