Abstract:
The problem of water droplets transport in the tail water of hydroelectric station is considered. The droplets are appeared because of flow breaking up at jet energy disappearing to diminish an erosion of low canal. The three-dimensional circulation model of forced flow have been developed and employed. For model verification the data of “Kapanda” hydroelectric station have been used. The comparison of model results and observations give a good coincidence. The model could be applied for engineering problems.
