Linear central difference schemes with artifical diffusion for the equations of two-dimensional quasihydrodynamiñ MESFET model

G. Z. Garber
Abstract: The scheme on five points and the locally-one-dimensional scheme are examined. An artifical diffusion for obtaining nonnegative electron concen tration is used. It is shown that the simulation results are practically the same, when the coefficient of artifical diffusion has different values.
