Abstract: In this article the brief description of a particle method and hydrodynamic approach for modeling of a gas discharge is given. Compare of the calculation results of two these models produced with experimental data which shows applicability of the given approaches for exposition of processes in gas-discharge plasma will be carried out. Computing features of the given approaches are considered.
