A mathematical modelling of the dynamics of forming of superstructure $C(2\times2)$ in nonideal adsorbate layer on square lattice

G. G. Yelenin, A. G. Makeev

M. V. Lomonosov Moscow State University
Abstract: A mathematical modelling of migration of particles in nonideal adsorbate layer on a monocrystall surface taking into account a repulsion between the first neighbours is fullfilled. The complex dynamics of forming of superstructure $C(2\times2)$ is described. The dependences of an energy on the time is investigated.
